I’m Becky, a certified personal trainer, specialising in women’s health and hormones. After years of painful cycles, burnout, and feeling disconnected from my body, I realised the “all or nothing” approach wasn’t working. So I slowed down. I learned how to support my hormones, nourish my body, and move in a way that felt good, not punishing. Now I help other women do the same, with coaching that’s rooted in real life, real science, and real support.
